Membership Terms

• Membership is open to individuals belonging to the Kumhar Samaj community
• Members must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Membership fees are non-refundable once paid
• All collected funds are used exclusively for community welfare and organizational operations
• Members receive a digital membership card upon verification

Use of Funds

All membership fees and donations collected through the Platform are utilized for:

• Community welfare programs and social initiatives
• Educational support and scholarships for community members
• Community events and cultural programs
• Platform maintenance and development
• Administrative and operational expenses

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Platform, you agree to:

Payment Terms

• Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of transaction
• We do not store your payment card details on our servers

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Shree Kumhar Samaj Vikash Sansthan and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
