About Our Organization

Shree Kumhar Samaj Vikash Sansthan is a non-profit community organization dedicated to the welfare and upliftment of the Kumhar Samaj community. We operate a Community Membership Program through our mobile application and website to strengthen community bonds and utilize collected funds for social welfare activities.

Reason for No Refund Policy

• Community Welfare Purpose: All funds collected through membership fees are utilized for the welfare and development of the Kumhar Samaj community.
• Non-Commercial Nature: We are a community organization, not a commercial entity selling goods or services. The membership fee is a contribution towards community development.
• Immediate Utilization: Collected funds are allocated and utilized for community programs, events, welfare schemes, and administrative purposes immediately upon receipt.
• Digital Services: Upon successful payment, members receive immediate access to digital membership cards and platform features.

What Your Membership Fee Supports

• Community welfare programs and initiatives
• Educational scholarships for community members
• Community events and cultural programs
• Matrimonial services within the community
• Digital infrastructure and app maintenance
• Administrative and operational expenses

Payment Disputes

In case of any payment-related issues such as:

• Double payment due to technical error
• Payment deducted but membership not activated
• Incorrect amount charged

Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment receipt and transaction details. We will investigate and resolve genuine technical issues.

Cancellation

Members may choose to discontinue their membership at any time. However, no refund will be provided for the remaining membership period. The membership benefits will continue until the expiry of the current membership term.
